Police ID Trio Killed In Quadruple Philadelphia Shooting; Teens Charged

Police have identified the three victims killed in the Lawncrest shooting in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon, April 28. Additionally, two people have been charged.

Khalif Frezghi, 18; Malik Ballard, 17; and Salah Fleming, 14; all died in the incident on the 5900 block of Palmetto Street at about 3:35 p.m. A 16-year-old boy was injured.

Meanwhile, a pair of juveniles, ages 15 and 16, were charged in the shooting.
